KIA PICKUP 'TASMAN EV' SPIED TESTING, "Ready for launch?"

[Rakyung Kim] ‘The Kia Tasman Double Cab’ recently revealed has a body size of 5410mm in total length, 1930mm in total width, and a wheelbase of 3270mm, and a roof rack size of 1870mm for basic model or 1920mm for X-Pro model. The Tasman, optimized loading capacity for the segment’s highest level by placing the bed liner and body as close together as possible, can load up to 700 kg in the 1173ℓ storage space. The Kia Tasman is a pickup truck, but in line with the era of eco-friendly cars, excluding diesel vehicles that emit nitrogen oxides, only gasoline models will be launched in the first half of 2025.

During a test drive of another model, a Lexus RZ, DAILYCAR spotted a suspected TASMAN. Although it was covered with camouflage except for the roof, windscreen, and windows, the car was assumed to be an EV because it had no muffler under the rear bumper.
